The media, and government agencies make out that Sydney is the best place to live and work, but I don't think so, places like Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth are much better than Sydney is. As a Civil Engineer, I'm going to require a place with a sufficient construction industry in order to work in my chosen field of practice.
